We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope changes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract or estimate. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. Acceptable payment methods include cash, check, and credit card. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by law.

If you dispute any charges, you must notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving your invoice. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues promptly and fairly.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. All concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty as specified in your service contract. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or acts of nature.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow all care and maintenance instructions provided. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. We will inspect the work and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

FixNForm Riviera Beach Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, or any other legal theory.

Property Access and Safety

By hiring us, you grant us access to your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that any pets or hazards are secured.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or underground utilities that are not clearly marked or disclosed to us before work begins.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for work completed and materials purchased. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution if circumstances require changes to the schedule.
